A number of years ago, my wife and I began a relationship with Beverly that has taken us through many a house, quite a few closings, and many wonderful conversations. It all started when we wanted a realtor who was willing to spend her time just showing us houses that interested or intreigued us. If she was paid by the hour, she would surely be a wealthy person by now because we truly put her through her paces. This fact alone testifies to her work ethic and her interest in people for themselves. But my comments about Beverly are not just about how she arranged so many showings of so many houses. In the last 6 years, Beverly has been our agent as we purchased 3 houses and sold 2. I strongly encourage anyone looking to sell and/or purchase a new home to contact Beverly Batte. In the early fall of 2008, when house sales across the country were down, we put our house on the market. Beverly was our real estate agent that we chose, having interviewed a few others. We realized right away that we made the right choice. Beverly was professional in all aspects in the process of selling our house. We also used Beverly to assist us in finding a new house, which again, she came through like a true expert. We sold our house and closed on a new house, all within a 60 day time frame, and again remember, this was in 2008, and the housing market was in a real downturn.
